Amelia Mała is a smaller version of the popular flower Amelia Duża. The mold is designed to maintain the same impressive, multi-layered arrangement of petals, reminiscent of a lotus or a full exotic rose, but in a more compact, subtle size.
Thanks to its design, Amelia Mała works great as an additional decorative element on cakes, monoportions, tartlets, and 3D desserts. Ideal when a flower with a beautiful shape is needed, but in a smaller, delicate format.
The mold is suitable for working with:
• chocolate,
• agar and zephyr,
• marshmallow foam,
• jellies and gelling masses,
• sugar paste,
• pralines,
• semi-liquid confectionery masses,
• glycerin soap,
• and other light decorative masses.
Note: delicate masses, such as hard chocolate, glazes, and brittle products, may crack during removal. We recommend caution and lightly cooling the mold before demolding.
Flexible silicone makes it easier to remove the finished flower, and the precise detailing of the petals gives the Amelia Mała flower a light and elegant, natural appearance.
