Most products available on the site require production time, which may take 2 to 6 business days from the moment the payment is posted. The lead time depends on the size of the order and the current production workload. Delivery time is an additional 1-2 business days.
We recommend placing orders in advance. The total order processing time (including delivery) is 3-7 business days.
We offer various delivery options. Orders throughout Poland are delivered via the couriers: InPost and ORLEN Paczka. Delivery costs within Poland are:
InPost courier – 21 zł
InPost parcel locker or pickup point – 21 zł
We also handle international shipments. We deliver our products to customers worldwide. The cost and time of international delivery are determined individually depending on the country and the size of the order.
In-person pickup in Wałbrzych is also available.
