We have made every effort to ensure that the entire purchasing process — from selecting a product to placing an order — is as comfortable as possible for you. We continually work on improving our services.

Most products available on the website require time to be manufactured, which may take 2 to 6 business days from the moment the payment is posted. The lead time depends on the size of the order and the current production workload. Delivery time is an additional 1-2 business days.

We recommend placing orders in advance. The total order fulfillment time (including delivery) is 3-7 business days.

We offer various delivery options. Orders throughout Poland are delivered via courier companies: InPost and ORLEN Paczka. Delivery costs within Poland are:

InPost Courier – 21 zł

Paczkomat or InPost parcel point – 21 zł

There is also an option to collect your order in person in Wałbrzych.
