Piwonia Fleming is a precise silicone mold available in two variants: large and small. It allows you to achieve an extremely realistic, multi-layered petal structure, characteristic of full and elegant peonies. The mold works perfectly as a decorative element for modern 3D desserts, single-serve portions, and confectionery decorations – anywhere the „wow” effect and a high-quality finish matter.
The mold is suitable for working with:
• chocolate,

Note: very delicate products, such as thin chocolate or soft glazes, may require care when removing from the mold. We recommend briefly chilling the mold before demolding.
The mold is not suitable for working with soy wax.
