Chamomile is a precise silicone mold, designed to reproduce the characteristic, delicate shape of a classic wildflower. Thanks to the finely defined petals and distinct center, the finished piece looks natural and light — ideal for confectionery decorations in a subtle, floral style.
The mold is suitable for working with:
• chocolate,
• agar and zephyr,
• marshmallow foam,
• jellies and gelling mixtures,
• sugar paste,
• pralines,
• semi-liquid confectionery mixtures,
• glycerin soap,
• and other light decorative mixtures.
Note: delicate brittle mixtures, hard chocolate, and thin decorations may crack when removed from the mold. We recommend careful removal, lightly chilling the mold, or using more flexible mixtures.
Flexible silicone makes it easier to remove the finished flower, and the realistic petal details give the chamomile lightness and a natural look.
